We’re looking for a passionate, motivated, and intuitive video editor, specialising in long-form editing to join our portfolio agency's growing creative team. This role is responsible for editing client’s YouTube videos. This includes the editing and graphics that go into video productions.

Balancing strategy and creativity are what you do best. You understand the best practices of pacing, structure, music, and graphic needs to produce top tier YouTube content week after week. You’ve done this before at a high level and are able to show the trackable progress you made on previous channels you’ve worked on.

  • Editing 1 YouTube video per week

  • Editing 4 YT Shorts per week

  • Track performance and collect feedback on all of your edits

  • Maintain a 2 video buffer for all client's content

  • Consistently maintain viewer retention rate above 40% for all clients
